Trust the Body

We are all finally learning that the body does clean us out and it's biggest argument is with our stupid intelligence. I found that learning to trust the body is a great asset. This organization that we live in is the highest machinery on earth and its basic need is to enjoy the ride. And all of a sudden, life becomes beautiful, and the mosquitoes thumb their nose.

Summer is Here!

Go in the sun - it increases one's face value.

Don't believe the medical industry's recommendation of a sun screen. The medical industry is the sun block.

We are the most solar powered on earth.

When to Sun

Summer time: Go in the sun between 9am - 11am for 30 minutes, front & back.

Winter time: Go in the sun any time you can.

Be naked - It means to be clothless and open.

DO NOT USE A SUN BLOCK.

Happy Chinese New Year Greetings

Dear Friends,

 

I used to look forward to Christmas, Birthdays & Thanksgiving and all of those occasions, and one day I asked myself the question,"How come we just celebrate one day, when it should be all year, everyday?" 

 

Now I celebrate Christmas everyday, Chinese New Year everyday, Birthdays everyday, Mother's day everyday, and these celebrations that I experienced allow me never to forget the true meaning of these holidays. It's not just to be happy for one day and to give on one occasion, but to have a life of giving which is much better than receiving.

 

I don't know what changed me, but I suspect that it was the detoxification that went on for over 50 years. I got rid of all the old biases and I finally concluded that Christmas ought to be celebrated everyday, just like Deepavali, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya... And if we did that, we would promote harmony between us all.
